KnoahSoft, Esnatech Devise Plan to Implement Unified Communications in Contact Centers

Today it was revealed that KnoahSoft, a company that powers VoIP-based call recording and analytical tools for contact centers, and Esna Technologies (News - Alert), a provider of cloud-based unified communications (UC), have partnered to develop, plan and implement a robust array of UC and contact center tools for enterprises within the United States.


By integrating Esnatech's UC services that are available via its Office-LinX platform with the call recording and analytical tools comprised within KnoahSoft's (News - Alert) Harmony solution, small- to mid-sized business will now be able to leverage a solution in order to drive employee productivity, as well as cut enterprise risk by being able to much better plan for future situations that may impact their organization.

Last month, in an attempt to bring together thought leaders in the contact center industry, Bay Bridge (News - Alert) Decision Technologies, a contact center planning provider, hosted The CenterBridge Users’ Conference, a two-day event packed with global organizations learning, collaborating and networking.

Comprised of information-filled conference sessions and special events, speakers and attendees participated in this year’s conference representing companies including Liberty Mutual, TD Bank, USAA, Disney (News - Alert), RCI, Fidelity, and more.
