Promero, an Oracle (News - Alert) Gold Partner for Siebel CRM Contact Center Anywhere and Salesforce AppExchange Partner, is now offering its proprietary CTI (News - Alert) connector solution free of charge to Salesforce CRM users.
Promero’s CTI connector solution is based on Oracle Contact Center Anywhere, which is a highly scalable, multi-channel contact center solution that combines the queuing and routing capabilities of traditional phone calls with advanced e-mail, chat, fax and Web callback requests features. It also provides blended Predictive Dialer and preview dialing, IVR and call recording for a completely unified inbound and outbound solution.
Promero's CTI connector for Oracle Contact Center Anywhere has recently been approved by Salesforce for its AppExchange Marketplace.
The integration of CTI connector will now enable Salesforce CRM users
to add enhanced call center and telephone features to their CRM application to enjoy advanced call center capabilities, including unlimited IVR, ACD, blended inbound and outbound dialing, call recording, supervisor monitoring, predictive dialing, more than 100 call detail reports, service level adherence and much more.
Recently, Coveo (News - Alert) also released a deeply embedded solution for Salesforce. Coveo for Salesforce allows users and administrators alike to gain the most relevant insight from diverse sources such as SharePoint, Dropbox, Twitter, Gmail, Exchange, etc., directly within Salesforce.com (News - Alert).
Additional enterprise systems may be added via the Coveo Unified Indexing Platform. Further, Coveo says, the new offering brings together information from across the Salesforce.com infrastructure, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge.
