Industry experts opine that this partnership will prove to further Numericable's commitment to delivering high value services with superior customer support. Numericable will integrate proactive live chat functionality as the first component of a comprehensive engagement strategy.
Thanks to TouchCommerce, Numericable will now be able to increase the efficiency of its website in recruiting new customers. Officials with Numericable said that proactive live chat will assist in removing the barriers visitors might encounter when filling out forms and in the marketing pages when choosing between offers.

By integrating Baynote's intent-based Personalization Platform into the TouchCommerce Conversion as a Service offering, the groups said that online businesses can offer personalized recommendations within the TouchCommerce chat or guided assistance solutions to maximize average order values and increase site-wide conversion.
