TeamSupport Hires New Vice President of Sales

TeamSupport, the developer of its own business-to-business customer support software suite, recently announced that it has hired a new member to its management team.

Zan Breithmoore will now work in the TeamSupport office in Dallas as the company's new vice president of sales. Breithmoore comes from a background of management positions at Tierpoint, Citrix (News - Alert), and Tellabs. In addition, he has sales experience with CGM Consultants, ICSynergy, and NTR Global and has shown success at all the above positions. Breithmoore commented on his new position by both expressing his excitement and explaining that the sales process hinges on relationships with customers.


“In today's world, information is available to everyone and buying can be done without any selling at all,” Breithmoore said in the company announcement. “People don't want to be 'sold' something – they want a person who sees them as a person first and who knows that the primary role of the salesperson is to help a potential customer find what they need or want. This is why I am passionate about customer service, and thrilled to join the TeamSupport team.”

TeamSupport is no stranger to the news. Last month, TMC (News - Alert) featured the release of the Product Lines software feature that allows businesses to organize their support activities according to brand identity. No more than two weeks after that release, it also launched a screen recording feature to provide a better link between customer service agents and their clients.

Breithmoore will now be in charge of all aspects of global sales. He will introduce new features such as Product lines and screen recording to both new and existing clients in order to heighten customer satisfaction. More than just initial sales, associates on his sales teams will work to get customers the tools they need while also retaining business from dedicated clients. They will also handle problem resolution to make sure products are performing as intended.
