Voneto has announced robust growth during the last two quarters, increasing its customer base by approximately 40 percent.
Corey McFadden, president at Voneto, said that the company’s growth has been largely driven by success in the white-label phone system and hosted contact center offering.
Voneto has extensive expertise delivering and maintaining converged voice network solutions. According to the company, from initial network assessments, application integration, to fully-managed deployment and maintenance, it has the capability to deliver on the promise of VoIP and exceed expectations.
Additionally, the company has an excellent network of partners and affiliates that has contributed this success, McFadden added.
In the present market, the availability of reliable broadband connectivity has made the hosted business phone system solution appealing to customers. Compared to traditional on-premises solutions, Voneto’s hosted contact center solutions offer substantially lower total cost of ownership (TCO), according to company officials.
Additionally, the company has announced an immediate expansion of its workforce in the sales and support departments at its Philadelphia and Las Vegas locations. The company’s growth has prompted it to create open positions.
These positions include Client Support Engineer (Philadelphia); Client Support Engineer (Las Vegas); Account Executive (Philadelphia); Network Engineering (Philadelphia); and Software Development (Philadelphia).
Voneto offers cloud platform and on-premises business phone systems and multi-channel contact center solutions. The company’s team has been making contact happen by delivering and optimizing advanced voice solutions.
Earlier in March, Infradapt (News - Alert) announced the launch of Voneto, adding that it’s an organization with a focus on advanced VoIP and Contact Center solutions.
