ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement Solutions, a provider of deployment and cost management solutions for voice, data, wireless and unified communications (UC), announced it is exhibiting UC business analytics solution (UC-BAS) solution at the Cisco (News - Alert) Live 2012.
Cisco Live 2012 conference will be held in San Diego, June 11-14, 2012.
The UC business analytics solution (UC-BAS) is developed in collaboration with VOSS (News - Alert) solutions, a collaboration service fulfillment provider. UC-BAS delivers integrated UC business analytics for enterprises to achieve greater efficiencies with UC applications and mobile devices.
“UC-BAS is the only integrated solution of its kind that enables customers to manage the deployment of UC applications and devices while providing reporting and analytics on the usage of those applications and devices," said David Dishek, UC practice leader for ISI, in a statement.
"The customer response to our solution has been very positive. It confirms our belief that integration between UC fulfillment and telecom expense management is crucial to the future success of UC environments," Dishek added.
Another solution on display from ISI is their voice & video recording solution. When integrated with ISI's Infortel select call reporting & analytics solution, customers will be able to search and identify specific calls or call types and click on an icon taking them to a recording of the transaction.
ISI also announced it will soon offer device level reporting capabilities within its Infortel Select platform. The solution supports enterprise mobility initiatives by helping companies identify how the BYOD is impacting the network. Infortel Select provides a detailed report of all activity while indicating which device was used.
Infortel Select also determines exactly how many minutes were used on each client, such as Jabber for iPhones, Android (News - Alert) and tablets. It helps them gauge the usage across different device types so managers can determine whether the amount of usage on a given device is as expected.
Another company, VoIP Integration, is also engaged in integrating Cisco IP Telephony / Unified Communications (News - Alert). The company provides installation and consulting services for medium-large companies, state departments and local governments.
