For Deployment and Management Solutions: Long View Attains the Highest Level in the Cisco Resale Partner Specializations

One of the most powerful IT solutions and services companies in North America, Long View, reportedly achieved the Master Unified Communications Specialization from Cisco (News - Alert). With this certification, Long View is now qualified to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.   


Cisco resale partner specializations can be attained in four levels: SMB, Express, Advanced and Master. The certified partners are trusted for deep sales, technical and service expertise in particular technologies. Cisco master specializations provide access to comprehensive sales, technical, and lifecycle services training and support available from Cisco.

A Cisco resale partner, Long View had previously attained advanced Unified Communications (News - Alert) Specialization. In order to achieve the Master Unified Communications Specialization, the company had to meet stringent requirements demonstrating their master-level sales, technical, and services capabilities.

The prerequisite for attaining such an advanced level of certification is: owning and operating an infrastructure to support a full menu of Lifecycle Services offerings and capabilities, which Long View had.

A master specialized partner possesses a number of Cisco and industry-standard technical certification, capable of providing solutions that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities.

This specialization recognizes Longview as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
