The phase covers how to map carrier Ethernet service offerings to those of other service providers; how to interconnect with many partners efficiently towards global coverage; how to manage a wholesale Carrier Ethernet service end-to-end, using advanced CPEs; and how to provide and verify global service-level agreements across interconnects.
