Patton (News - Alert) Electronics is taking its solutions on the road for ABP seventh-annual IP Sizzles Conference for technology resellers and integrators in telephony, data networking and IP video surveillance.
The show, which kicks off May 5 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, will highlight innovative and profitable solutions resellers are peddling in the IP technology and IP communications space.
Central themes include unified communications IP surveillance and IP video applications for SMB. IP Sizzles will focus on key business aspects and sales process improvements for resellers to be more successful in today's challenging economic and competitive environment.
"Patton will be showcasing our SIP Trunking solutions to support enterprise-class IP Telephony and participating in a 1/2 day technical training for partners on the second day of the event," said Sean Gerrity, Patton's regional director for North America and Japan. "The IP Sizzles Tour will be a Patton introduction to the large and diverse ABP (News - Alert) reseller community. We hope to get resellers to understand business opportunities and get motivated to sell our solutions and products. Additionally we be educating the resellers to become more IP Technology savvy and provide more value to their clients."
For Patton, this year's ABP show will showcase "sizzling" SIP trunking solutions, Gerrity told TMcnet. Currently, ABP is a distributor for Patton's SmartNode VoIP product line.

IP Sizzles attendees will also be among the first to see new products from Aastra, Broadvox Digium (News - Alert), Epygi, Grandstream, ISS, Mobotix, Nuuo, Patton, snom technology, Veracity and others. IP Sizzles features speakers from different areas of the IP industry who will describe how ABP resellers can reach a higher level in their core competency and ideas for expanding their sales and marketing efforts.
