Avema, a provider of telecom expense management (TEM) software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)), has just inked a partnership with Breakaway Services, a provider of telecommunications expense report software and asset management solutions.
The partnership will assist Breakaway in delivering superior telecom expense management services to its clients.
Avema’s (News - Alert) Advanced Vendor Management (AVM) expense report software is designed to address the TEM needs of its clients. The AVM system consolidates telecommunications data in one place allowing companies to manage voice, data and wireless processes and costs.
The expense report software streamlines billing from multiple vendors into a standard format, so users can manage the communications costs from a single application. By leveraging this expense report software, clients get greater control over their vendors, inventory and expenses.
Prior to the implementation of this software, the company was using expense report software from multiple clients. After deciding on the AVM solution, the company was able to easily streamline all processes, offering a complete solution to its clients.
“Breakaway has looked at many different TEM software platforms over the years. AVM’s level of automation is far more advanced than any other TEM software that we have considered,” said Ric Reifel, CEO of Breakaway, in a statement.
“Our clients will benefit from more advanced reporting and analysis, and better self-service functionality. Breakaway benefits from greatly increased efficiency, enabling us to service more clients without adding headcount,” Reifel added.
The partnership, according to Reifel, is the result of the company’s commitment to provide high value products and services to their customers. Like Breakaway, Avema is committed to client services, he added.
Breakaway is currently in the process of moving all of its clients over to Avema’s AVM platform. This, according to company officials, will allow its clients to benefit from the features of the expense report software as early as possible.
“We are committed to the success of our partners,” said Roger Yang, CEO of Avema, in a statement. “AVM is designed from the ground up to help partners be as effective as possible in delivering TEM services. Through our partnerships, we can reach a broader range of clients who are in need of telecom expense management.”
Breakaway has been ranked as top 10 expense management provider by AOTMP.
