Communication technology has reached a stage where even modern fax machines look old fashioned. But faxes still need to be sent, and that’s where eFax comes in.
As National Signing Day for high school athlete recruits approaches, eFax is getting ready to make the entire process paperless. With its advanced technology, the company is making sure letters of intent are signed on time and without hassle.
eFax offers toll-free numbers along with local fax numbers in every state and in 49 countries. So while contacting a potential recruit, recruiters can send a letter of intent to a toll-free number. This makes the whole process of faxing easier and cost effective, the company has stated.
eFax allows users to receive various faxes all at once. There’s no need to have multiple fax machines, as eFax provides unlimited online storage in the cloud for paid accounts.
With eFax, it’s as easy to open a fax as opening an e-mail. Recipients will receive e-mail with a PDF or TIF attachment, or access the eFax accounts to download these faxes.
“The future of entire athletic departments and the hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue that they generate are on the line on a single day," said Mike Pugh, vice president of marketing, j2 Global (News - Alert). "Why rely on costly and sometimes unreliable traditional fax machines when improved, modern services like eFax can ensure that signed letters of intent are received intact and on time?”
Recently, the company announced the introduction of eFax 3.0 mobile App for iOS, allowing users to send faxes on the go.
