VoIP Innovations (News - Alert), a company that provides wholesale VoIP services to carriers, ITSP’s, call centers, calling card companies, SMBs and enterprises, has added yet another function to its already extensive wholesale VoIP service offerings. Its new inbound and outbound fax service, or fax-to-e-mail and e-mail-to-fax, is now available on all T38 enabled DIDs.

This new offering was designed specifically for the ITSP and reseller profit pools.

“Listening to what our customers (profit pools) want or what we call their current demand, was a large factor when deciding to invest resources into a fax solution,” said Jason Tapolci, president of VoIP Innovations, in a statement.

The fax-to-e-mail (inbound) product is very easy to understand and use. All of VoIP Innovations T38 (fax) enabled DIDs have the ability to turn on or turn off fax-to-e-mail capabilities. All the user has to do is add one or multiple e-mail recipients. This can be done anytime and in real-time through each of the customers’ Titanium III Wholesale BackOffice products. Any faxes sent to this DID will automatically be e-mailed to those recipients.

Further, e-mail-to-fax is an outbound service that allows users to send faxes via e-mail. Simply send an e-mail with an attachment using any e-mail browser and VoIP Innovations’ system will convert that e-mail into a traditional fax. Management is easily completed using the company’s innovative Titanium III BackOffice solution. The only action needed is to add an e-mail address to a particular DID and this e-mail address is ready to send an important fax.    

“Understanding current demands are simply table steaks; truly great companies understand what their profit pools want but don’t realize they want,” Tapolci added. “We refer to this as latent and emerging demands, something we are always working to identify.”

“By the end of 2012, we fully anticipate launching our SMS product,” commented Nick Medina, VP of Product Development. “Additionally, in early December, VoIP Innovations plans to launch their new Titanium III Private Label Hosted PBX (News - Alert) solution. Private Label is a fully turnkey hosted PBX platform, designed to satisfy the non-switch owner demand pool.”
