Esnatech integrates messaging, mobility and presence into a single, intuitive system built around a company and its people. A provider of UC cloud solutions, its vision is to unify premise and cloud-based business infrastructure with applications that deliver a portfolio of messaging, mobility and presence solutions to change the way a business communicates.
At Interop 2012 in Las Vegas, an IT conference and expo, TMC (News - Alert) CEO Rich Tehrani met with Davide Petramala, the EVP for sales and business development at Esnatech. Interop is an IT conference and expo that features the latest innovations, including cloud computing, virtualization, security, mobility and data center advances, driving technology adoption by providing knowledge and insight to help IT and corporate decision-makers achieve business success.
When Esnatech start out, it wanted to be in the application space, so the employees focused on developing applications around voice, such as IVR and voicemail. It evolved to developing products and apps that businesses could use. Esnatech enables businesses to integrate voice, mobility and presence with the cloud and Google (News - Alert) apps, and provides solutions for industries such as education, hospitality, healthcare and real estate.
The cloud is the next environment around business applications. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are taking their technology to the next level by implementing new cloud-based business intelligence solutions. A Techaisle survey revealed that 52 percent of SMBs in the U.S. and 42 percent in Australia seek these solutions because they want better financial analysis and improved business activity controls.
Esnatech’s Office-LinX Cloud Connect Edition integrates Cisco Unity Connection with cloud-based productivity applications such as Google Apps and VMware Zimbra (News - Alert), as well as on-premise solutions such as Lotus Notes and Novell Groupwise to provide organizations with easy to use message handling controls directly within these applications. The Office-LinX Cloud Connect Edition provides a single inbox, secure and private message controls, and convenience of reading, listening, responding and managing messages from their native email client on their desktop, web interface or mobile device.
