To provide customers with mobility and cloud-based applications over traditional applications, Esna Technologies (News - Alert) (Esnatech), a company in cloud-enabled communication and collaboration solutions, and NACR, a solutions integration specialist, have partnered to help enterprises across North America connect premise-based unified communications with cloud-based applications.
Enterprises across the U.S. are readily adopting cloud strategies and moving critical applications and functions into both public and private clouds.
In today’s mobile world, cloud-enabled unified communication (UC) capability – including single inbox access to all messages, federated presence and fixed-to-mobile convergence – is necessary to boost business productivity.
“NACR is one of the largest Avaya (News - Alert) channel partners worldwide and they have deep expertise in developing integrated technology solutions that deliver real value to customers,” said Davide Petramala, Esnatech’s executive vice president of sales and business development. “We’re pleased to work with NACR to help customers leverage and extend their Avaya systems with cloud applications.”
Esnatech and NACR will help enterprises more quickly deploy UC capabilities to advance their business objectives.
The Esnatech Office-LinX solution seamlessly connects any premises-based PBX system with cloud-based applications such as Google (News - Alert) Apps, VMware Zimbra and Microsoft Office 365. Office-LinX bridges an enterprise’s infrastructure with the cloud and creates a secure, authenticated link between on-premises technology and software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) applications.
“The Office-LinX solution from Esnatech is a strong addition to the portfolio of end-to-end, multivendor solutions our customers demand,” said John Behnken, national VP of NACR. “With Office-LinX we can address the growing IT imperative of connecting premise-based phone systems to cloud-based business applications such as Google Apps, which leads to quicker return on investment for our customers.”
