ClickDesk to Integrate with Google Apps

Looking to allow Google (News - Alert) app users to add ClickDesk live chat software to their websites with one click, ClickDesk has announced that the company has begun integrating with Google Apps.
With this integration, more than four million Google app users can now access Google Apps with the help of the company's admin Gmail account, and click “add it now” on ClickDesk's Google app marketplace page.
The ClickDesk-Google app integration has been introduced after ClickDesk unveiled its updated dashboard – a launch aimed at reducing time required to navigate between options and changing preferences.
Offering users the necessary code for on their sites, the setup will complete automatically. Administrators will have the immediate ability to select operators.
Users can set up ClickDesk live help software on their website now and give their Web visitors the ability to chat, talk and connect with them right from their website. To their website visitor chats on your instant messenger, they can accept one-time friend requests they receive from ClickDesk after setup.

Recently, the company announced integration with MailChimp and Capsule CRM, two important companies in their respective industries. The integration with Capsule will allow companies to get live chats and VoIP calls directly to their operator's IM (GTalk and Skype (News - Alert)) – which can be updated in Capsule CRM instantly.
The live chat software integration with MailChimp will enable operators to add contacts immediately from their IM (GTalk/Skype) to the direct mail subscribers list.
