Thanks to a partnership deal between two Aavya DevConnect partners—CRI (News - Alert) and Esna Technologies, the communication industry will soon get a solution that brings the benefit of unified messaging natively into their cloud-based applications.
Esnatech is a key player in the cloud-enabled communication and collaboration solutions space. Esnatech has given millions of information professionals the freedom to choose how, when and where they communicate and collaborate with one another. The company has reportedly served thousands of organizations across the globe. This year, Esna received the “DevConnect Innovation Award” from Avaya (News - Alert).
Esna unified communications and collaboration solutions seamlessly connect any premise- or cloud-based PBX system with cloud-based applications such as Google Apps, VMware Zimbra (News - Alert) and Microsoft Office 365. A long time Google apps partner, Esna has seen a significant increase in the number of enterprise customers seeking to deploy Google (News - Alert) Apps and Gmail solutions while maintaining connection to their existing telephony systems.
By leveraging an organization’s virtualization infrastructure and integrating cloud-based technology, Esna strives to bridge an enterprise’s infrastructure with the cloud and creates a secure, authenticated link between on premise technology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) applications.
“The joint offering from Esna and CRI will enable Avaya customers to get the rich unified communications and collaboration functionality they need while connecting their current messaging systems with cloud-based applications,” EVP of sales for Esna Davide Petramala explained.
CRI will provide implementation services, following the highest level of standards.
“Our customers deserve the best from us, and that is what we deliver every time we install or implement a new technology. We are excited to get started with Esna.” CRI Customer Service Manager Steve DeFelice commented in a statement.
