NeoNova Network Services recently announced that it will be delivering Google (News - Alert) Apps to PEAK Internet, a leading wholesale provider of Internet services. Through the strategic partnership, PEAK Internet will now be able to deliver these services to its customers across Oregon, Idaho and Washington.
NeoNova is a specialist in cloud services for optimizing IT for small businesses, telcos and ISPs.
In a statement, Rick Petersen, CEO at PEAK Internet, said that, "We wanted to leverage the potential of the cloud and link this to our regional expansion. With Google Apps sitting on top of the NeoNova platform, we can easily migrate and manage multiple instances across our service area seamlessly. Our customers are looking for simple-to-use yet best-of-breed solutions, and now they can take advantage of the innovation that Google is constantly adding and have access to the dozens of additional services that Google offers."
Customers across Mid Willamette Valley and the Central Coast of Oregon enjoy high-speed broadband services thanks to PEAK Internet. The company is now expecting to deliver Google Apps to its expanding base of retail customers at the Pioneer Telephone (News - Alert) Cooperative and the CenturyLink exchanges by December 2012.
The company will roll out these services to the Monroe Telephone Company, Scio Mutual Telephone Association, and Stayton Cooperative Telephone Company by 2013.
Chris Benyo, VP of Sales and Marketing for NeoNova, said that, "The speed and efficiency with which companies manage and deliver innovative products to their customer-base can be the ultimate source of a competitive advantage. With new devices and the demand for instant access to email and documents, in-house email solutions simply can't keep up with the needs of customers. We're thrilled to be able to work with PEAK Internet to provide its partners and their customers the ability to access and share information from anywhere, on any device."
Organizations can benefit from optimized and robust communication and collaboration tools with Google Apps, hosted by Google's multi-tenant, Internet-scale infrastructure. This helps in simplifying setup and maintenance while ensuring reduction in IT costs.
Users can now stay connected with Gmail featuring Google e-mail security, Google Calendar and an integrated IM.
