Hosted billing provider Aria (News - Alert) Systems has just appointed Tom Dibble, who previously served as the company’s chief revenue officer, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Dibble also joins as one of the board of directors of Aria Systems.

Dibble joined Aria Systems in 2009 after his successful career as vice president of worldwide channels and alliances for Oracle (News - Alert) Corporation, following the company's acquisition of BEA Systems. There he was responsible for BEA’s global business development and partner-related initiatives.
