PT Infinys System Indonesia is replacing its current hosted billing server with MetraTech's (News - Alert) multi-tenant, hosted billing and revenue management application.
MetraTech is a provider of agreements-based billing and compensation solutions. The company has delivered its Metanga’s solution to help PT Infinys System Indonesia grow its business throughout Indonesia and Asia.
Established in Indonesia in 2007, PT Infinys System has evolved into a full Public Cloud Provider by embracing Microsoft (News
- Alert) suite product. The company provides a range of cloud-based services such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS (News
- Alert)) to its clients.
PT Infinys System is following the footsteps of customers across the world that leverage Metanga's solutions to embrace SaaS and consumptive metered models when monetizing their offerings.
Metanga will enable PT Infinys System to transition to SaaS in an easier, faster and more profitable manner.
"In addition to providing us the tools to maximize our recurring, subscription and metered revenue, Metanga has proven to be an incredibly cost-effective service,” said Dondy Bappedyanto, general manager at PT Infinys System Indonesia. “Partnering with Metanga was an important first step in our goal to lead the market for cloud services in this region of the world."
Other benefits of Metanga include predictive analytics of hosted billing data, metered and subscription charge management, automated closing, bill creation, dynamic reporting, customer support, dunning, and online bill presentment. The solution also allows brands an end-to-end way to monetize their customer bases.
"By working with Metanga, Infinys will be able to expand its solutions set and offer flexible pricing and billing models for its cloud services," said Scott Swartz (News - Alert), CEO of MetraTech. "This will allow the company to give its customers the flexibility they demand, thereby helping Infinys to gain a larger, more loyal customer base."
MetraTech was in news earlier this month for announcing that Metanga, its multi-tenant, hosted billing application, will monetize InfoGin's (News - Alert) new mobile cloud service, called GinWiz.
