Aria Systems is simplifying recurring revenue management for businesses through the addition of several significant, new capabilities for the Aria Salesforce.com (News - Alert) Connector. The Aria Salesforce.com Connector from Aria (News - Alert) Systems builds upon the combined strengths of the Aria Subscription Hosted Billing Platform and the Salesforce CRM platform.
This solution lets Salesforce CRM users to access Aria Systems' easy-to-use subscription management capabilities while leveraging the power of Salesforce.com. Users will have a range of benefits such as real-time, automatic synchronization of account and entitlement information and customer activity tracking from initial quote through inbound revenue.

The Aria Salesforce.com Connector is now enhanced delivering even more benefits such as improved user interface (UI) and workflow, which provides users with more intuitive management functions in Salesforce. This version also includes improved quote creation, which enables users to develop quotes for new and existing accounts as well as set up quote versioning and emailing. Finally, it offers improved plan and service management allowing users to change the quantity/rates of purchased plans and delete and upgrade plans.
