SIP Print (News - Alert) and ContactPoint have officially joined forces to integrate LogMyCalls performance management with call recording and VoIP solutions.
LogMyCalls is ContactPoint’s call tracking and call monitoring software solution that will integrate performance management SaaS (News
- Alert) into SIP Print’s VoIP call recording platform. Such an integration will allow the two companies to bring call scoring and improved productivity to call centers.
ContactPoint provides quality assurance that SIP Print will combine with its call recording for call center applications, noted Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO of SIP Print in an interview. In a release, he elaborated, "Marrying our VoIP call recording technology with LogMyCalls' ability to score calls and improve performance was a no-brainer for us. We have clients asking for it now! We are committed to delivering solutions that are easy-to-use and high quality. And we only consider partners that share those same commitments. We are thrilled to begin the SIP Print-LogMyCalls partnership."
As a company continually broadening its horizons, SIP Print has recently made forays into the government sector. This partnership with ContactPoint is likely to prove as a great benefit to both organizations, and will further position SIP Print as a powerful player in the VoIP and SIP industries.
Expected on the market sometime late March, the integrated LogMyCalls/SIP Print solution is “going to shake the industry,” according to ContactPoint CEO Jason Wells.
