ContactPoint provides quality assurance that SIP Print will combine with its call recording for call center applications, noted Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO of SIP Print in an interview. In a release, he elaborated, "Marrying our VoIP call recording technology with LogMyCalls' ability to score calls and improve performance was a no-brainer for us. We have clients asking for it now!
