Discussing anything these days regarding student loans is usually met with sighs of frustration, anxiety, or concern. But a discussion on November 2 at the 2011 NCHELP Knowledge Symposium in St. Pete Beach, FL, will be taking a different look at how developing technologies can have positive impacts on student loan recovery organizations.
As a provider of cloud-based contact center applications, LiveVox (News - Alert) takes a unique stance on how cloud contact center solutions can impact student loan recovery organizations. Chief Marketing Officer for LiveVox, John McNamara, will discuss the impacts of these cloud-based solutions on student loan recovery organizations in a group of operations and technology executives.
To be held at 3:15 p.m. on November 2, the discussion is titled, ‘Emerging Technologies and their Impact on Default Recoveries,” and will have McNamara in addition to a group of operations and technology executives speak in a panel. McNamara, specifically, will share advances in cloud contact center technology that increase efficiency and address consumer contact challenges.
McNamara brings experience in brand development, application awareness, lead generation, and client nurturing to the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs’ 2011 Knowledge Symposium. He will present ways to increase operations and IT flexibility during the talks.
