Listeners will soon get the opportunity to hear TelStar’s CEO at ITEXPO (News - Alert) East on February 1-3, 2012 at The Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami, Florida.

The TelStar Hosted Services CEO, James Dunn (News - Alert), will also be speaking with a speech entitled "The Crowd Moves to the Cloud!" at the Asterisk VoIP conference. The CEO will discuss cloud adoption and how hosted call center services help CIOs to reduce capital expenditure and source the latest in technology and infrastructure with less investment risk.

Dunn will also participate in a panel at the Cloud Communications Summit, "Cutting Through the Fluff: The Business Case for Cloud." At this event he will discuss the return on investment, and lower total cost of ownership of a cloud communications service, as well as the other benefits of choosing a hosted call center solution in the Cloud Communications Summit panel.

He will also take part in a panel at ITEXPO, "Keeping Up with the Contact Center" at 2 p.m. on February 2. Dunn will discuss how call centers have evolved into contact centers with full media blending, acting as a single point of contact for calls, text, chat, email, web collaboration and even outbound calls to the customer to ensure that the customer's issues are addressed.

"From my knowledge of managing IT and call center services, I see the advantages that cloud based technology offers," said Dunn. "I look forward to having several opportunities to discuss my experiences and the benefits of hosted call center services in the cloud at ITEXPO East.
