Kunnect Enables Remote CRM Access for Call Centers Agents

Kunnect is allowing remote contact center agents to access their company's CRM system from any Web browser. The cloud-based telephony solutions provider has announced its WebAgent 1.0 software for use with the Kunnect XVP Hosted Call Center solution.


By enabling easy integration of remote agents, WebAgent helps contact centers to increase employee productivity and customer service as well as improve operational efficiency.

Kunnect claims its Amazon cloud based XVP Hosted Call Center solution is the most flexible in the industry and can be activated within an hour or scale to meet any load demands. The company’s customers are now set to experience even better efficiency in operations through the newly released WebAgent.

"Kunnect's WebAgent sets the gold standard for remote, at-home agent call center solutions with its ease of deployment and overall effectiveness," said Patrick Gibson, president of Dealer Dialer. "It will help grow our business of providing a superior product to some of the largest automotive websites in the world, including Cars.com and Autobytel (News - Alert)."
