Global Connect, a provider of hosted predictive dialer and communications solutions, recently formed partnership with Castel (News - Alert) Communications to offer Castel Detect Voice and Speech Analysis through the Global Connect hosted GC1 Peak Dialer.
Under this partnership, Global Connect and Castel will integrate Castel Detect with Global Connect's (News - Alert) cloud-based GC1 Peak Dialer to deliver a voice and speech analysis product for a multitenant hosted dialer environment in call centers.
"Both companies are committed to delivering innovative solutions to market," said Rachid Cheaib, Castel's CEO, in a statement. "This partnership brings two incredibly talented organizations together to release an immediate voice and speech analysis product in a multi-tenant hosted dialer environment."
Castel Detect allows clients to immediately monitor and detect the presence and frequency of words, phrases, emotions and talkover, and provide immediate voice analysis to agents and management teams.
The solution also helps avoid incidents of customer dissatisfaction, non-compliance, liability exposure and more.
Further, Castel Detect provides immediate analysis of a call to agent and management teams while a call is still live. With behavior modification, agents feel empowered to self-monitor and adhere to business processes and procedures.
Global Connect's voice messaging system allows contact centers to reach thousands of contacts with personalized messages within minutes. The Web-based system relieves them from set-up fees, expensive hardware or software to buy.

The new integrated solution will be available in mid Q1 2013 to call centers looking for a hosted predictive dialer and word/speech analysis solution.
