Dialtel Offers Free Data Using Hosted Dialer

Deploying a hosted call center carries a number of advantages over premise-based alternatives. Operational expenditures are reduced by eliminating the need to upgrade and maintain location-based hardware. Savings are also inherent in the initial purchase of the solution, as server racks and rooms are unneeded in this setup. A hosted model provides outsourced engineering and network management support, eliminating the need for staffing operational positions. Hosted solutions also avoid charges associated with general platform updates which are executed on behalf of all platform tenants.


Dialtel, a provider of hosted IVR services such as voice broadcasting, virtual PBX (News - Alert) and virtual call centers, will be offering free data to Merchant Service Providers (MSP) for the purpose of Automated Lead Generation. Using Dialtel’s hosted dialer, MSPs will be able to blast out messages to businesses across the U.S. to generate leads for their business.

There are three different methods which Dialtel offers to create Merchant Account Leads: live transfer leads, voicemail leads and polls and surveys. Dialtel provides users with free data to import into the dialer, which can be filtered by SIC code, employee count, gross sales and more.

Leads through live transfer are hit or miss. The called party will need to press a key on their telephone to transfer through to the sales agents, and there will be a lot of complaints before sales are made, so a strong call center environment is necessary to handle these types of calls.





Voicemail leads allow the called party to press a key on their telephone, which will initiate a second message. The second message will give further information about the service with a call to action. At the end of the second message, the called party will leave a message which can be retrieved from the dialer in real time. This lead style is perfect for a one man shop and is also well suited for large organizations.

With polls and surveys, the called party will respond to a series of questions. Their responses will get auto generated into a Poll Activity Report, which will detail all the calls that received poll activity. This is a great way to pre-qualify a lead for a future call back.
