LiveVox’s CMO, John McNamara, has been selected as chairman at the 2012 Financial Services Credit & Collections Conference (FSCC) in Scottsdale, AZ.
With a heavy focus on the regulatory/market environment, operations and technology trends, this year’s conference includes key speakers from the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Attendees can also choose from a diverse collection of educational tracks covering topics that include improving agent productivity, risk management and technology use. From credit card, mortgage, home equity, auto, overdraft/DDA, personal loan, commercial, small business, student loan and alternative lending – leaders from every sector will have the opportunity to network and learn from experts regarding timely industry trends such as compliance and economic pressure.
“This year’s event could not come at a more pertinent time. Less than two weeks before the most momentous presidential election of a generation and in the midst of an uncertain economy, FSCC will provide the opportunity to learn, share and make the connections needed to help understand these fundamental market shifts and plan for 2013,” said McNamara, in a statement. “I am honored for the opportunity to be amongst industry veterans and experts from all aspects of our industry in what I believe will be an insightful and productive conference.”
McNamara brings 28 years of contact center executive and operations expertise with an intense focus on technology applications and call center optimization. At LiveVox, he is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategy, including brand development, platform and application awareness, sales and marketing alignment, lead generation, client nurturing, alliances with technology providers, VARs and channel partners.
McNamara was recently in the news when he led a team of experts in the accounts receivables industry at the Debt Connection Symposium 2012 conference. The panel discussed how technology is helping contact centers better manage stricter compliance regulations with seamless call recording and speech analytics solutions.
FSCC 2012 will be held from Oct. 24 – 26. To learn more, visit the conference’s website.
