Noble Systems, a provider of unified contact center technology solutions, has acquired the assets and client roster of TelStar Hosted (News - Alert) Services, a VA-based reseller of hosted contact center solutions including hosted predictive dialer, automated voice messaging and more.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"We welcome TelStar Hosted clients and partners and look forward to offering them the stability, security and commitment to innovation that comes with the Noble Systems (News - Alert) brand," said James K. Noble, president and CEO of Noble Systems, in a statement.

"As an established market leader in hosted contact center services, we are well-positioned to integrate TelStar Hosted's assets and technology and help its customers succeed on day one," Noble added.

This acquisition follows Noble Systems' recent acquisition of assets from ALI Solutions, adding depth to its accounts recovery and financial services offerings. The company has acquired all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI's award-winning flagship suite of contact center solutions. In another recent development, Noble Systems also acquired Stratasoft (News - Alert), a provider of hosted and premise-based contact center technology.

TelStar Hosted is an established provider of TouchStar (News - Alert) Hosted Services, a former division of TouchStar Software, which was acquired by Noble Systems in 2009.

Following this acquisition, TelStar Hosted will offer Noble Systems' cloud-based and hybrid premises/cloud solutions including hosted predictive dialer and automated voice messaging through its proven sales and strategic account support staff.

TelStar Hosted CEO James P. Dunn, will join Noble Systems to lead client onboarding and transition efforts. Dunn has several years of experience at various technology and telecommunications firms.

"TelStar Hosted clients are gaining more than just security and support as a result of this transition," Dunn said in the statement. "Noble Systems is a global leader in innovation, investing significant resources in anticipating the challenges and opportunities their clients face and working with them to find solutions."
