Gryphon Networks, a company specializing in cloud-based sales intelligence and direct-marketing compliance solutions, announced the availability of Core Phone Mobile, a new dialer application for iPhone (News - Alert) and Android devices that allows mobile workforces to access Gryphon’s Sales Intelligence and Do-Not-Call compliance services from their smartphones.
“As sales teams become more distributed, it becomes harder to obtain and interpret activity data to improve agent performance,” Eric Esfahanian, vice president of sales and marketing at Gryphon said in a statement. “Gryphon provides our clients with management visibility to the whole organization from the large offices to the field while ensuring adherence to business rules and regulations.”
With this app on user’s devices, sales and marketing agents can now stay compliant with various do-not-call regulations, as well as company-specific business rules. Core Phone (News - Alert) Mobile works with any telecommunications carrier without difficult configuration changes. The app combines management visibility with personal flexibility, says the company.
Core Phone Mobile is a cloud service and this patented deployment allows for a high-availability service that does not require new hardware or complex network adjustments. The app also supports Core Voice, Gryphon's call recording service that captures conversations for audit, training and quality assurance.
“As the line between professional and personal devices continues to blur,” said Jeff Fotta, president at Gryphon. Fotta also clarified that Core Phone Mobile makes it easier than ever for companies to separate business calling activity from personal calls made from the same device.
Back in August 2012, the company announced its Core Phone contact center solution with Teleblock functionality. Based on pay-per-use service model, Core Phone Contact Center is noted to be a hundred percent warranted and indemnified technology, giving Gryphon's clients assurance that they are in compliance with the countless federal, state and industry-specific DNC and other telemarketing rules.
