Voxeet, a VoIP Web conferencing software app, has become the grand prize winner in the Voice App Igniter Challenge run by Bandwidth’s inetwork, a provider of innovative and scalable voice, 9-1-1 and SMS solutions.

Developed to discover the next disruptive voice and messaging application, Voxeet is a natural conferencing technology that offers high-definition audio, high speaker recognition and high mobility.

Voxeet will receive up to $600,000 in IP communications services from inetwork and can offer investment to support its efforts to replace outdated, traditional audio conferencing solutions with its breakthrough natural conferencing app.

This challenge supports Voxeet's goal of becoming a ubiquitous, universal application. The IP communications services from Bandwidth's inetwork will help Voxeet extend its technology to support access from landlines and cell phones to completely replace old-style audio conferencing.

With one account, Voxeet is also available across all of your devices, including iPhone (News - Alert) and Androids. The mobile version includes 3D immersive sound and visual cues. For example, one can put the decision maker’s picture on the right. When she speaks, you will hear her voice coming from your right side, and see visual cue that she’s talking. With the Voxeet apps, participants can switch between devices without interrupting the call, while participating in its immersive conference calls.
