VoiceTrust, a global provider of digital payment and voice biometric solutions and technologies, has unveiled VT inTalk, a new solution for dynamic caller verification.
Officials with VoiceTrust said that VT inTalk will be integrated with Genesys’ (News - Alert) GVP platform, a standards-based software platform that enables businesses to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions 24x7 with better service and lower costs.
Company officials said this off-the-shelf and fast deployable solution will address the needs of call centers wanting to verify the authenticity of the caller while engaged in natural dialogue with the customer.
According to company officials, VT inTalk dynamically compares the speaker's voice with the claimant's existing voice print to provide additional assurance that the caller is who he/she claims to be.
VT inTalk application is built using VoiceTrust's voice biometric technology in use by many Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Earlier this year, VoiceTrust announced a partnership with Speed Remit Money Transfer to build on the success of its Payroll Card Program and to launch its remittance service.
VoiceTrust cardholders can remit money through 197 Speed Remit agent branches conveniently located throughout the UAE. Cardholders will receive discounted transfer fees by presenting their VoiceTrust/Speed Remit loyalty cards. The loved ones back home can collect cash over the counter or receive funds into their bank account.
VoiceTrust will simultaneously launch Cash Back for its payroll corporate customers. Cash Back will be earned on every remittance transaction completed by their employees, therefore helping the companies to reduce their monthly costs on the payroll card.
