SimulScribe and Partner for Speech-to-Text Functionality

Hosted, on-demand call center applications provider is now including more speech-to-text functionality with their products and services thanks to a partnership with visual voicemail and voice-mail-to-text service provider SimulScribe (News - Alert).

The partnerships first speech-to-text functionality is in's new Salesbyfone application and makes it possible for users to access and update (News - Alert) contacts and information with a phone call.
Salesbyfone is an IVR integration application for that provides phone-based access to accounts. With the offering, sales executives and other users can easily access, update, and manage key prospect information directly in through voice commands.
With SimulScribe's technology, the application is able to transcribe users meeting notes and details being said over the phone within in seconds, in contact records. And makes it possible to dial and send e-mails to contacts by speaking over the phone.
