To enter the contest, which runs through December 2012, the Halifax customers need to register into the series of monthly draws, which offers a range of cash prizes up to £100,000 (USD 156 020 approximately) each month. bss is using an IVR solution to support the telephone registration process, while for the online registration, the company will be hosting a secure application residing within the main Halifax online banking website.
Customers preferring to use the postal route are invited to send their registration forms to the specialist response handling centre at bss Edinburgh.bss follows a set of robust quality assurance and security policies and protocols. In addition, the company has undergone a rigorous audit by Deloitte (News - Alert).
Furthermore, the company has a proven expertise in managing all aspects of service design, development and delivery under one virtual roof. All these factors led Halifax select bss as its customer interaction partner, a press release revealed.
