ICICI Securities Deploys Pivotal CRM to Improve Sales and Lead Management Process

ICICI Securities revealed taht it has implemented Pivotal CRM solution from CDC CRM Solutions to help its Sales and Lead Management requirements across various business divisions.

CDC Software’s (News - Alert) Pivotal CRM provides enterprises with a flexible enterprise solution that addresses all the phases of customer life cycle including Sales, Service and Marketing.


The application incorporates best practices along with functionality in account management, lead management and processing, configurable opportunity management, executive level forecasting, group level forecasting, individual level forecasting, pricing and discounts, quote and proposal management, order capture, geo-coding and mapping and configurable sales business logic.

The service offered for financial services companies comes with pre-configured industry vertical solutions that address most of the basic needs directly out of the box. Furthermore, it provides the enterprise with an option to tailor/customize solutions to meet specific needs through a graphical user interface.

"ICICI Securities has been at the forefront of new technology and business innovation, and Pivotal CRM was one of the key projects that we have implemented. It is a fundamental shift in our business process and customer engagement approach,” said Joydeep Dutta, CTO of ICICI Securities, in a statement. “We chose to implement Pivotal CRM from CDC as it offered us the requisite flexibility to support business innovation.”

With CDC Pivotal CRM, customers can mould software to fit how they do business. The lead management software also helps cut down on the time and cost of customizing.

ICICI Securities has extended this Pivotal CRM solution to over 3000 associates, and has gone live with the same, company officials said.“Pivotal CRM offers its client organizations ready built functionality tuned to their business while at the same time provides them with an ability to make changes that are in tune with their innovative practices,” said Vinod Ganesh Ram, chief customer officer of CDC CRM Solutions, in a statement.

Earlier in September, CDC Software announced it has been named by Gartner (News - Alert) as one of the leaders in the 'Niche Players' quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation report. Gartner has seen a 50 percent increase in deals in which the vendor has been considered in the past 12 months.
