It might seem an unlikely scenario, but New York-based McGraw Communications (News - Alert), a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), is offering up to 100 percent of committed revenue and monthly commissions to the master agent who sells its voice, data and IP communications technologies and solutions.

According to this Channel Partners Online report, the company is a leader in the communications technologies, having sold these next-generation solutions to companies worldwide since 1995. Businesses large and small have signed on to the master agent and have touted the quality of its customer support.

A McGraw administrator said it can afford the recent offer to the master agent because they have no long-term debt. The company continues to invest in new technologies and support systems, but they are able to do that with profits, not loans.

“We are not looking to produce big number to impress outside investors,” said the company's CEO, Frank Ahearn.

The master agent is in negotiations with many other agents who are looking for new opportunities. The new program to offer 100 percent of committed revenues and monthly commissions is a way to attract new agents to the company, said the company's president, John Cunningham (News - Alert).

McGraw's voice services include local, long distance, toll free, conferencing, and call cards, and the voice services can be bundled to increase purchasing power. Agents are signing on with this master agent for the benefits the voice solution offers, which include diversity, consolidation, and competitive pricing.

The data/IP solutions at the master agent includes a variety of technologies that allow companies to share and exchange information over secure environments. McGraw's dedicated Internet delivers both managed and un-managed service that fit the need of the customer. Hosting services are also secure and reliable and give companies an affordable alternative to investing in costly infrastructure and incurring extended down times due to deployment.

One of the biggest draws to the master agent is its unified communications service known as InPacket. The service promises to increase responsiveness, communication effectiveness and accessibility. InPacket is delivered from the cloud over Internet. It works with standard SIP phones and a browser, which means there is no software for companies to maintain or deploy – it's all in the cloud.

Companies are finding that this is helping them to save costs on capital expenditures and cutting monthly communications costs. InPacket reduces CAPEX and OPEX (News - Alert) and includes unlimited usage with expenses that don't come out of nowhere. InPacket delivers voice, instant messaging, presence, fax, email, calendar, and mixed media conferencing with web collaboration.

With McGraw’s list of master agent solutions, the offer they are making to agents would seem a no-brainer for those ready to jump on board.
