BridgePointe Technologies Now a Master Agent for Thinking Phone Networks

Thinking Phone Networks has a tight focus on unified communications for enterprise organizations. The company’s suit of cloud solutions offers core, unified communications capabilities and analytics tools in one central location. The company also has a rich background in hosted services, including clients such as AOL (News

- Alert), FedEx and DHL to name a few.

Through the partnership with master agent BridgePointe, the company can continue to offer enterprise IP voice from the cloud, which leverages a cloud infrastructure and QoS that offers the best IP voice experience available. The voice solution from Thinking Phone Networks does not require upfront expenditures, and that won’t change with the new master agent partnership with BridgePointe.

The master agent will also bring its expanding portfolio to good use in Thinking Phone Networks’ video solutions, which include ThinkingVisual, an IP-based high definition audio and video conferencing application that uses the cloud to bring together people separated by many, many miles. The company markets the experience as “just like being there.”

With master agent BridgePointe’s suppliers, like Qwest Business Partner, Ring2 Conferencing, CBeyond Communications, AboveNet, NTT Communications (News - Alert), Verizon Business, Global Crossing, and McGraw Communications, Thinking Phone Networks will continue to enhance the mobile presence it has achieved with ThinkingMobile.

It is a fixed mobile conversion solution that utilizes the company’s ThinkingSuite ecosystem to bring value to the mobile user. The solution offers IP PBX (News - Alert) extensions like one might see with a wired handset, but it’s perfect for a mobile salesforce as it brings telecommunications savings with reduced charges in its cost-per-minute structure.

The master agent and its portfolio will also bring further value to Thinking Phone Networks’ analytics solution called ThinkingAnalytics. The solution uses actionable intelligence and a holistic enterprise view to allow administrators to interpret their data. The amount of data piling up on enterprises today is overwhelming to most. The analytic solutions provided by Thinking Phone Networks and the master agent not only makes sense of the data, but gives enterprises a clear direction in the decisions they need to make.
