Solveforce has announced that it is expanding its telecom master agent services in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
“Solveforce offers channel partners a broad choice of products including hosted VoIP, integrated communications solutions, high-speed Internet access, wide area networking, local and long distance voice, audio/Web/video conferencing, broadcast fax, directory assistance, inside wiring, telecommunications auditing, wireless optimization and consulting services,” a company statement said.
Telecom master agents like Solveforce partner with a large number of customers to offer clients competitive rates on communication services. Partners get access to customers and customers get good rates. Solveforce plays a matchmaker role, selecting services that it thinks would be appropriate for a client.
In theory, dealing with a master agent is better than going directly to a provider, because a master agent is supposed to be unbiased in recommending the communications providers that best meet a client’s needs. When dealing with customers directly, telcos would obviously be more interested in pushing their own services, whether they were actually appropriate for the client or not.
While Solveforce will select the services that are obviously the most profitable, an outside opinion will help select the best services in the Twin (News - Alert) Cities.
Solveforce goes beyond other master agents with a real-time quoting tool. Some of the companies Solveforce has partnered with include Time Warner Cable, AT&T (News - Alert), Charter and other major players, as well as a lot of smaller providers.
Solveforce claims access to over 40 carriers offering a variety of services across the U.S. With its broad array of partners available, any customer should have the best pick of telecom services for its needs.
Carriers can also get new business relationships easily by partnering with master agents without having to ink a lot of new contracts. Solveforce is actively courting new partners, so the number of carriers is expected to grow.
The company already claims over 3,800 channel partners since starting operation 20 years ago.
