Cloud Summit to Show How to Boost Recurring Revenue

“The Cloud” has gotten a lot of coverage in the past year as this nascent technology continues to grow ever bigger. But one nagging question that seems to occur to IT leaders everywhere is, “How do I monetize it?” An answer may be coming next week.

That’s when Master Agent Telarus (News - Alert) – a company offering real-time quotes on transactional products, personalized support from industry experts on complex solutions, direct contracts with all carrier partners, audited commissions, and more – will host a technology innovation conference just outside Washington, D.C.

The gathering is the Cloud Communication Summit, billed as helping to overcome, “The real-world challenges of establishing a recurring-revenue UC practice.”

Taking place Thursday, September 24 at the Key Bridge Marriott in Arlington, Virginia, this free-to-attend event will have something for everyone in the telecom industry.

Hosted by Telarus Regional VP Vanessa Byrd, registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with the first presentation starting at 9:40 a.m. “Enter the Cloud Broker” is the title of the opening remarks by Roger Blohm, President at LVM Inc, a leading software development company specializing in Unified Communications (News - Alert) Ecosystem Management.

Following Roger’s presentation will be two panel discussions hosted by a number of industry luminaries, focusing on “The Future of UC” and “Why Bandwidth (News - Alert) Matters.”

After a lunch break and vendor fair, there will be successive presentations including “Maximizing the Recurring Revenue Model” hosted by Telarus CEO Adam Edwards; “Leveraging Analytics to Increase Profits” presented by Doug Tolley, Senior VP of Sales at Telarus; and “Unlocking the Secrets of LinkedIn (News - Alert),” hosted by Justin Chugg, CIO at Telarus.

The event closes at 4:00 p.m. with the awarding of prizes, and then attendees are invited to once again visit the various vendors displaying their wares.
