Earlier this month it was announced that TelePacific Communications (News - Alert) signed a distribution agreement with Aligned Communications. The companies have worked together in the past, as last year Aligned was acting as a subagent when it began to sell TelePacific’s services to small and medium businesses (SMBs).
It appears that this was a good working relationship for both companies. In less than 12 months of working together, Aligned became one of TelePacific’s Top 10 Partners. Aligned is a full-service telecommunications consulting firm, brokerage and master agency that has been around since 2008.
TelePacific is a provider of managed services that include telecommunications and Internet connectivity. It offers voice services, hosted PBX (News - Alert), private networking, data colocation, voice over IP (VoIP) applications, fixed wireless services and cloud computing, just to name a few, for small, medium and enterprise businesses.
“TelePacific’s solutions include the perfect blend of services for the small and medium business customers that the vast majority of our subagents serve,” said Dave Wallace (News - Alert), president of Aligned Communications. “They offer voice and data plus hosted PBX and email, etc. — all on a single bill. Having these products and being in the state of Texas — where 80 percent of our agents have customers—made TelePacific a good fit for us.”
According to Wallace, in an effort to ensure faster and cleaner installations, leading to successful post-sales escalation support, the two companies have been working closely with each other. The collaboration between these two companies will deliver TelePacific’s connectivity, cloud and continuity solutions to small, medium and enterprise businesses (SMEs) through Aligned’s network of more than 300 subagents.
