The deployment of information and telecommunications technologies (ICT) is a complex process for companies, and it is getting more complicated as new innovations are introduced. Finding the right solution requires providers that are able to address the needs of the organization with the many different options that are available in the marketplace in a way that is easy to understand for everyone involved. Master agents have access to a wide range of solutions from many different companies, and by selecting TCG as a Platinum Master Agent, NetCarrier adds a company that has been sourcing data, voice, and cloud services from more than 50 different carriers to provide multi-vendor solutions for small and medium sized businesses and large multi-location companies.
NetCarrier has a channel-based system that has been designed to streamline the process of making service providers partners. Its channel partner program provides telecommunication consultants, VARs, managed services providers and PBX (News - Alert) Vendors access to the company’s services with generous incentives.
By being selected a Platinum Master Agent, TCG will have access to the nationwide suite of NetCarrier services to its offerings.
“TCG is a very good fit for us and the way we run our program,” said Bruce Wirt, NetCarrier’s Vice President of Channel Sales. “I like to have my channel partner managers actively engaged with the sub agents and in the sales process; TCG is an open book and allows for us to be as engaged as we want to be. That was a big part of our decision-making process.”
The vetting process for becoming a NetCarrier Platinum Master Agent is based on company size, annual revenue and the number of master agents it has at its disposal. TCG (Florida) will be the fourth company to receive the platinum designation, with TBI (Chicago), Telecombrokers (California) and CNSG (Charlotte) having become partners in the past.
“We chose to partner with Netcarrier based on their excellent reputation and unique nationwide product set that they offer, said Lew Rubin, founding Partner at TCG. “Netcarrier’s pricing and personnel make them an excellent addition to our TCG portfolio of carriers. We’re excited to be partnered with Netcarrier.”
