The cloud market is growing at an explosive rate because it is changing the way IT supply, composition and consumption is being driven. According to International Data Corporation (IDC (News - Alert)), the number of new cloud-based solutions will triple in the next four to five years, with a market value forecasted at hundreds of billions of dollars by 2020. One segment that is experiencing such a growth is cloud communications.
