The Gartner (News - Alert) Symposium ITxpo 2011 is currently underway in Orlando, Fla. The event brings CIOs, senior IT leaders, CTOs, technology and business strategy executives, institutional investors and venture capitalists and technology and service providers under one roof to discuss tips to help businesses continue to grow.
Just today, Zenprise (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of mobile device management software, revealed at the show two new services that have been created to enable customers to implement the crucial policies needed to secure their mobile enterprises in as little time as possible. The QuickStart Program allows customers to benefit from hands-on product training, while the Mobile Policy Implementation makes sure that stringent security and compliance policies are being adhered to accordingly within the mobile enterprise.
In addition, the company also kicked off new technical support programs that give customers access to Zenprise’s highly scalable technical support organization. Gold and Silver support programs cover five distinct categories such as access and response, priority definitions and target response, online support, software enhancements and updates and strategic services, the release noted.
"In designing the new professional services offerings and support packages, we focused on how to help customers get the most out of their investments in Zenprise technology," said Chris Doell, vice president of customer success for Zenprise in a press release. "The new packages are flexible in order to meet the needs of diverse customers, from enterprises that are just getting started to those tackling secure mobile device management on a global scale. Our offerings are all about choice, and enabling customers to pick the level of services they want and need."
