800-numbers.PBXCompare.Com has introduced a new feature to compare PBX services.
Officials with 800-numbers.PBXCompare.Com said that the site, which features comprehensive reviews for numerous PBX (News - Alert) services, has an online information portal to highlight the key differences between online PBX services and traditional phone services such as the ones provided by Verizon (News - Alert) and AT&T.
"Understanding the differences between Online Virtual Phone Number providers and traditional telecom companies can be difficult for consumers who have dealt with a company like AT&T (News - Alert) their entire lives. 800-Numbers.PBXCompare.com's homepage grid succinctly summarizes the differences in feature sets between online vendors and traditional providers," said Casey Jones, manager, 800-Numbers.PBXCompare.com, in a statement.
Company officials pointed out that the information is free to access and will greatly help anyone looking to understand the differences in services, with the aim of establishing which route is best for them.
Jones said that it's important that users select the best PBX service for them and part of making this decision is understanding the difference between normal phone services and the new, more modern rivals that offer the virtual option.
Back in November of last year, 800-Numbers.PBXCompare.com announced a major update to the RingCentral review. Revisions included the current RingCentral (News - Alert) features, latest customer discounts, and current analysis of product performance.
The RingCentral 800 numbers service is rated above the industry average by PBXCompare.com technical staff. With no negative aspects noted for the service, RingCentral now provides a discount to customers signing up for annual rather than month to month plans. Customers also enjoy the ability to request a prorated refund if service is terminated prior to the conclusion of the annual service timeframe.
800-Numbers.PBXCompare.com staff finds that not all companies offering 1800 numbers meet consumer expectations regarding available features, pricing, and customer service. To help customers better understand how to choose a service, the staff published a “How Do I Choose” guide to compliment the company’s baseline market standard.
