Predictive Dialer Provider OPC Marketing Takes Home 2007 Product of the Year Award

OPC Marketing, a provider of predictive dialers, has been awarded a 2007 Product of the Year Award by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine for their SpitFire Anywhere VoIP offering.

OPC Marketing's line of predictive dialers offer the ability to more than double customer contact per hour per agent when compared to manual dialing.

Also, with the SptiFire Predictive Dialer, which functions as both an Outbound or Inbound system, and runs on T1 or analog lines, it is possible to have a real-time Do Not Call list without the need to manually update restricted numbers.

Winners are chosen by the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions based on their company's vision, leadership and attention to detail-- distinguishing them amongst the competition.
