Pinnacle Mortgage Group Deploys NEC UNIVERGE SV8100 with Predictive Dialer Functionality to Improve Call Center Operations

NEC (News - Alert) Corporation of America (NEC), a provider of advanced communication and IT solutions recently revealed that Pinnacle Mortgage Group, a mortgage banking firm, has begun using NEC UNIVERGE SV8100 all-IP communications servers in two locations, in order to greatly reduce long-distance costs. Synergy (News - Alert) also helped integrate the SV8100 with an existing predictive dialer solution, allowing Pinnacle to continue managing outbound sales campaigns targeted to customers in multiple states.

“One of the key applications that Pinnacle Mortgage Group requested when they were looking for a new solution was the ability to connect to their existing predictive dialer system,” said Larry Levenberg (News - Alert), vice president of channel sales and marketing of Communications Technologies, NEC. “By using the Netlink capability of the SV8100, Pinnacle can manage outbound sales campaigns to markets in which they are licensed and connect these calls to agents in their Denver headquarters or satellite office in California.”

Pinnacle Mortgage, which offers mortgage banking services to customers in over 23 states, is utilizing the NEC UNIVERGE communications solution to help loan officers deliver a higher level of customer service. According to a press release, the solution enables the company to have easy access to reliable communications, unified delivery of voice and email messages in a single inbox and advanced reporting to monitor employees’ inbound and outbound calls. In addition, call time can easily be located to see how efficient an employee is.

“When it came to updating our system, we liked the SV8100 and UM8000 that Synergy Telecommunications proposed because they had all the features we were looking for such as improved front desk operations and voicemail and email in a single inbox,” said Brian Rindels, vice president of Pinnacle Mortgage Group. “Since our business model is centered around our ability to communicate with clients, it was important that our communications server allowed us to connect with remote employees and network in multiple locations to improve employee communication and efficiency.”

The company can now use the all-IP SV8100 to bypass long distance tolls and connect employees between headquarters in Denver, Colo. and an additional office in Irvine, Calif. The release stated that the networked system also provides enhanced redundancy and business continuity for Pinnacle.
