SafeSoft Solutions Unveils Predictive Dialer for Political Fundraising and Campaigns

The Market Dialer is a predictive dialer created to be used for political fundraising and campaigns. The solution automatically delivers only live donor candidates without any required manual dialing, busy signals, unanswered lines, fax machines and voicemail.

The predictive dialer allows the representatives to maximize talk time and build a successful campaign. They can increase the number of calls and earn maximum results from the campaign within a short amount of time.

Market Dialer finds relevance as political parties have already started their fundraising efforts for the 2012 election in the United States. In previous years, fundraisingrequired a high level of personal interaction to be truly successful however, considering the scope of political campaigns, face-to-face interactions are not always feasible.

Calling campaigns are said to be the next best thing to face-to-face interactions. Calling campaigns are a numbers game - the more calls made, the more effective the campaign strategy becomes, according to SafeSoft solutions. Predictive dialer solutions like Market Dialer are thought to bring the best results in calling campaigns.

The predictive dialer from the company also features customized Web forms that automatically appear on the agent's screen when that live call is answered. The Web forms also display donor information as a scripted data collection process.

Market Dialer quickly creates and imports calling lists for each collection campaign. Additionally, it displays profile information with scripted guidance of increased effectiveness, while allowing for powerful data collection and management to enhance sale opportunities.

In other predictive dialer news, SpitFire’s recently released enterprise predictive dialer offers both outbound and inbound call routing, an unlimited number of campaigns, call recording, coaching and monitoring, automated redialing, unlimited lists, multiple campaigns per agent,  unlimited disposition codes,  skill groups,  unlimited do not call lists, auto e-mail feature and real-time wallboard statistics, according to the company’s website.
