MDLsolutions Unveils Windows-Based Predictive Dialer Call Center Software Solution

MDLsolutions, a provider of customized telecommunication software solutions, in partnership with 3CX, a provider of software-based IP PBX (News - Alert) that replaces traditional proprietary hardware PBX, announced a new predictive dialer call center software solution.

 “MDLsolutions (News - Alert) set out to reduce a call center’s cost of deploying complex, and normally expensive, PBX and predictive dialer systems,” said Michael Langman, co-founder, MDLsolutions, in a statement.

The predictive dialer solution can be fully integrated with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as MS Dynamics CRM 2011. The solution provides call centers with a reliable, accurate reporting, agent monitoring and recording software tool.

MDLsolutions’ predictive dialer is offered at an aggressively cost effective price intended to competitively reduce system expenses, Langman added. “The cost saving is immediate- not some time in the near or distant future.”

The predictive dialer solution can easily integrate with the 3CX phone system. T he system consists of 3CX IP PBX, predictive dialer with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 integration, and an agent interface that is installed, configured and supported for 1 year. The company also provides an expert technical support team.

MDLsolutions provides high quality IT Telecom/VoIP solutions and world class customer service to global customers.  The company has also announced a free download demo trial for a 45 day period as a “try-before-you-buy” option for call centers.

In a related industry news report, YTEL, a provider of enterprise call center software, has revealed that a global marketing agency has recently chosen the company’s predictive dialer, as well as its voice broadcast and SIP trunking products to get the word out about political candidates across three contact centers located around the world.
