SpitFire's Predictive Dialer can be Seamlessly Integrated with Multiple Applications

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

SpitFire is a company that powers a highly affordable predictive dialer solution that was created to be very easy to use, simple to install and scalable for growing organizations. In addition, the dialer has multiple apps that its software has the ability to work in conjunction with.

This predictive dialer can be seamlessly integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications that are either Windows or Web-based.

According to the company, integration with Windows-based applications incorporates some apps that have either the “search for” or “create record” function while some boast both including ACT (create new record, search for existing record); ADS (searching for existing record function); Amanda; AutoBase (searching for existing record); Collect (searching for existing record); Collect Max (searching for existing record); Encompass (create new record); Forte; Goldmine; Insurance Digital Assistant (searching for existing record); Loan Officer Pro (create new record, search for existing record); Maximizer; McBee Collect (search existing); Microsoft CRM (create new record, search for existing record); Oracle (News - Alert) CRM (create new record, search for existing record); Point (create new record); Pro Collect; QonTango (searching for existing record); RealGreen; SalesLogic (searching for existing record); and Win Touch (searching for existing record).

On the other hand, seamless integration that can be achieved through use of Web-based applications include Bullhorn; Hunter (searching for existing record); Infusion (searching for existing record); Lead MailBox (create new record); Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM (create new record, search for existing record); Oracle CRM (create new record, search for existing record); PS Online (create new record); SalesForce (create new record, search for existing record); ServiceCEO (create new record, search for existing record); and Xware (searching for existing record).

In addition, SpitFire also can integrate with “custom” applications, either Windows-based or Web-based, if the customer has their own app they’ve developed. The company’s programmers handle every customer like a “custom” app anyway, and are always available to discuss any particular requirement.

In related news, SpitFire recently revealed that that its recently launched Enterprise Predictive Dialer has newly added function included the preview dialing capability, call monitoring and whisper coaching.
