Global Connect Unveils New Predictive Dialer Solution

Global Connect (News - Alert), a provider of a various communication services, has just launched the GC1 Peak Dialer, a hosted cloud-based predictive dialer platform designed to help collections clients reach contacts quickly, easily, and cost effectively.


The innovative predictive dialer functionality will assist clients to increase agent productivity, while keeping operating costs low, company officials said in a press release.

GC1 Peak Dialer leverages cloud-based technology to offer advanced dialing features including direct agent login, unique login, call monitoring module and easy customization.

With the direct agent login, agents can be logged in directly to the dialer for campaigns including Direct Connect Campaigns, or can utilize a Web portal log-in for RPC Predictive Campaigns. In addition, the unique login provides a secure login for each agent into the GC1 Peak Dialer.

With the call monitoring module in the predictive dialer, supervisors can listen to agents, coach them through calls, and "barge" into calls when necessary. Also, the system offers custom and default settings for pacing algorithms, call hold queues, disposition codes, agent prioritization and call routing.

"In today's economic climate, clients are actively looking for tools and systems that help them accomplish more with less," said Darrin Bird, chief operating officer of Global Connect."Since there are no upfront fees, hardware or software expenses, the GC1 Peak Dialer's hosted cloud-based system offers a solution that is as economical as it is effective."

The new features offered by its cloud-based predictive dialer are added to the legacy features of Global Connect's voice messaging system, along with Global Connect's compliance, reporting, analytics, and security modules.

Back in May, Global Connect announced a partnership with Global LiquidEdge Solutions, a provider of collection scores and workflow optimization solutions, to launch the first fully integrated score-based predictive dialer solution from the cloud, called Global2.
