Predictive Dialer from Drishti Powers Bangladesh-Based Business Group

Drishti, a provider of contact center software including predictive dialers announced that a well-known business group in Bangladesh has selected its call center software Ameyo. Ameyo was chosen to power international outbound operations at a call center within The Runner Group, which provides international telemarketing services to countries such as Australia and Canada.

The BPO selected Ameyo’s predictive dialer in order to completely automate the dialing process, while simultaneously delivering increased productivity levels even in multiple shift scenarios, company officials said. The solution offers a robust platform that The Runner Group required to enhance their current infrastructure.

 Ameyo predictive dialers provide a highly dynamic call pacing ratio that is suitable for standardized, as well as aggressive calling scenarios. In addition, it allows the call center to select a paring ratio and define the contact strategy appropriate to the process on floor.

The Ameyo predictive dialer also includes multimedia and advanced applications include PACE or Pro Active Connect Enhancer, and Parallel Predict Dialer or PPD.

"Our process SLAs were very stringent and we needed a technology that could help us match them,” said AM, Runner System Technology (RST), Dipak Chaki, Technology, in a statement. Chaki went on to note that Ameyo proved to be a reliable selection due to the fact that it offers an easy-to-use interface and remote Web –based access to the system, simplifying overall call center operations.

“The add-ons definitely include quick after sales support which is a rarity for other solutions," Chaki added.

SpitFire, another provider of predictive dialers, recently released the Enterprise Predictive Dialer to combine the powerful features of its earlier Pro Predictive Dialer with an all new set of advanced features.

The predictive dialer system has the ability to rapidly make outbound calls through database interaction, utilizing special telephone cards that can be connected to multiple communication and telephone lines, company officials said. The new solution also boasts fully blended, outbound and inbound calling with DNIS routing, and automatic disposition-based redialing with unlimited campaigns, lines and agents.
